You will receive your waybill number and a tracking link via SMS or email once the your order has been handed over to our courier partner. Alternatively you can call our office 011 421 0702/011 421 6989 or email hi@clinihealth.co.za

What is my delivery time when placing an order?

The delivery time for all order are normally 2-3 working days. We reserve the right to change our lead times if a product you have purchased has to be ordered, in this case there will be an additional 2 working days lead time.

I have paid for my order and now what?

Once your order has been paid we will receive a notification and process your order from then it will be 2-3 working days.

Payfast orders show immediately and we are able to process and dispatch.

EFT orders are checked once a day so if you have placed your order after 11H00, your order will be processed the following day.

I have received the incorrect order? How do I change it?

You can send an email to hi@clinihealth.co.za or admin@clinihealth.co.za and we will gladly have the incorrect item collected and correct item delivered.

I have put in the wrong shipping address? how do I change it?

To change your shipping address email us at hi@clinihealth.co.za or admin@clinihealth.co.za

I have received my item and it is correct but I need to send it back.

Please arrange your own courier for shipping back to our offices or you can drop off the item in person to our office in Boksburg.

We ship nationally and internationally.

Orders above R4500.00 will qualify for free shipping.
